View of the Methodist Church in Atchison, Kansas Territory. This was the first church built in Atchison, and was erected in the spring of 1859 on the corner of Fifth and Parallel Streets near the Atchison County Courthouse. Abraham Lincoln addressed the people of Atchison in this church on December 2, 1859.
