These three slides show various activities at the Kansas State Historical Society in Topeka, Kansas. The first slide shows a group of people using the library for research in the newly completed Memorial Building. The second shows the Thomas Sneed wagon moving collections across the street from the Kansas capitol to the Memorial Building. While the last slide shows two men moving a buffalo from the capitol to the Memorial Building. For nearly forty years the historical society was located in various rooms of the state capitol until 1914 when collections were moved to the Memorial Building across the street in Topeka, Kansas.
