These letters, spanning 1888, are from the governor of the state of Colorado, Alva Adams, and other individuals regarding the Interstate Deep Water Convention to Kansas Governor John Martin. Adams wrote explaining the convention and inviting the governor as well as delegates. The rest of the letters ask for the appointment of delegate or accept the appointment. The Interstate Deep Water Convention was held in Denver, Colorado on August 28th, 1888.
