This is the constitution, bylaws, and minute book for the years 1894-1909 for the Kansas Woman's Press Association.
The Woman's Press Association was organized in 1890 in order to provide women connected with the press in Kansas a means of communicating among women editors and writers, to advance their material interests, to extend their social relations, and to secure all the benefits resulting from such an organized effort. Zu Adams, closely affiliated with the Kansas State Historical Society, was a member of the board and secretary.
