This colored slide shows restoration work on the Cyrus K. Holliday steam locomotive at the Kansas Museum of History. The train was placed on a flatbed and transported to the Kansas Museum of History and moved into place while the building was under construction. The museum moved in 1984 to a new facility west of Topeka. In 1995 the State Archives Division and Library along with the Archeology Division moved to a new building next to the museum at 6425 SW 6th Ave.
