These three colored slides show restoration work on the Cyrus K. Holliday steam locomotive and tender box at the Kansas Museum of History. The train and the tender box was placed on a flatbed and transported to the Kansas Museum of History and moved into place while the building was under construction. In 1984, the museum moved to a new facility west of Topeka. In 1995, the State Archives Division and Library along with the Archeology Division moved to a building next to the museum at 6425 SW 6th Ave.
