Oral history interview with Judge Collins Seitz covering their role and impressions of the Brown v. Board case. Seitz was born in 1914, and attended the University of Delaware and the University of Virginia Law School. President Johnson appointed Judge Seitz to the Third Circuit Court of Appeals in 1966.
