An interview with Fred Kerr, a former majority leader of the Kansas Senate. He is from Pratt, Kansas, and farms in Pratt County. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University in 1963. The interview was conducted by Professor Ed. Flentje and this interview is one in a series completed in partnership with the Kansas Oral History Project, Inc., and funding from the Kansas Humanities Council. The goal of the project is collecting, transcribing, and making available to researchers and the public, oral histories of various aspects of life in Kansas, particularly public policymaking.
