Robert H. Miller is a former speaker of the Kansas House of Representatives. Mr. Miller farms in Sumner County, Kansas. He graduated from Kansas State University in 1967. He was first elected in the Kansas House of Representatives in 1970 at the age of 26 and reelected to twelve additional terms, serving from 1971 through 1997. He served as majority leader of the House in the 1989 and 1990 legislative sessions, as minority leader in the 1991 and 1992 legislative sessions, and as speaker in the 1993 and 1994 legislative sessions.
