This letter, dated May 1st, 1885, is from E. E. Fuller, President of the Ottawa Milling and Elevator Company, regarding the National Commercial Convention to Kansas Governor John Martin. Fuller wrote accepting his appointment as delegate to the convention. The National Commercial Convention was held in Atlanta, Georgia from May 19th to 21st, 1885.
