These letters, spanning 1885, are from various individuals in Kansas regarding the American Exhibition in London in 1886 to Kansas Governor John Martin. The letters discuss appointing commissioners, or representatives, to the exhibition as well as what to display in the exhibition. The governor appointed John A. Clayton and U. H. Chaplin as the commissioners for the exhibition.
