These letters, spanning 1885 to 1887, are from the State Fish Commissioner, S. Fee, and other individuals regarding the office of the State Fish Commissioner to Kansas Governor John Martin. Most letters are from individuals applying for the State Fish Commissioner position. S. Fee wrote to renew his appointment as State Fish Commissioner. S. Fee maintained the position through Governor Martin's time in office.
