A letter from John L. Casey asks Kansas Governor St. John how he can become a share or stockholder. There is a resignation letter from the current Probate Judge of Kingman County, C. W. Myers, in the letter he recommends a successor, A. M. Winslow for said position. Following this is a letter from C. Rickman, Kingman County Clerk, confirming that A. M. Winslow is a good candidate for Probate Judge.
