A letter from Geo. A. Kellogg of Dodge City, Kansas, writing to Kansas Governor St. John asking the governor to send them a judge that is upright and sober. Geo. A. Kellogg explains in his letter that their city is cursed with drunkenness and gambling and is need of a competent man.
