A letter from George W. Hull requests Kansas Governor Harvey appoint him as the Commissioner of Deeds for the State of Kansas residence in Kentucky. An application from J. H. H. Woodward for the position as Commissioner of Deeds. Accompanying Woodward's application are testimonials of him as a businessman and his character.
