These two letters by William B. Cragin addresses the repudiation of road improvement bonds for Wyandotte County. Cragin has been working with Kansas governors since 1912 to the time of this letter in February 1915 to advocate for widows and orphans. This is part of a bigger collection of Governor Arthur Capper correspondence.
