This set of photographs shows the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company's Fred Harvey House, "Gran Qivira" in Clovis, New Mexico. The first photograph shows the dining room, and the second image shows the lunch room. The facility designed by architect Myron H. Church was built between 1909 and 1910 by the Santa Fe Railroad Company and named after "the ruins of an American Indian pueblo and Spanish mission on the Belen Cutoff near Mountainair." The thirty-five room hotel served guest from 1910 to 1948. The structure still stands but is in need of repair.
