These three photographs show the operating room suite at the Security Benefit Association hospital. In February 1932, twenty-five different kinds of operations were performed in the hospital. The rooms were in the north end of the 3rd floor of what was called the Tower Building when it became Menninger property. The Security Benefit Association served as a type of insurance for its members.
